Refund and Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your furniture purchase or have made an error with your furniture purchase and wish to exchange or return the furniture purchase, you may do so within 7 (seven) business days of purchase. Goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging along with the original invoice. The customer may choose either a store credit or exchange, unfortunately no refunds are given. You may be charged a handling fee, a collection fee and/or a usage fee.

Elula Furniture will assess the piece/s in question and advise on the best course of action and endeavour to remedy the piece in question, as long as the piece complies with the warranty terms and conditions.
