How do I pay?
We accept payments via EFT, online credit card payments and Payflex which is an interest free payment plan.
Can you send me an invoice?
Sure! Just pop us an email with your order information and we will have it sent to you.
How do I know if you have stock of the item I want?
Since all of our products are made to order, most items carry a lead time. However send us an email and we will do our utmost to see how we can accommodate you.
Can you make my order faster?
Well send us an email with your enquiry and let us work our magic!
Do you have a showroom?
We don't have an actual showroom, but give us a shout if you are wanting to pop by our factory. You may not be able to see the exact item/s you are wanting, but you'll definitely be able to have a look at our quality and workmanship.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Drop us an email ASAP, since we're a small team things happen very quickly and your order may or may not be started.
Can I add items to my order before it ships?
Of course! Just send us an email of what the items are. Please note that the lead times and shipping fees may change.
Something is missing/wrong with my order!
Aagh, we know things happen. Please send us an email with your issue and we will do our best to remedy the matter quickly.
Can I collect my own order?
You definitely can, please refer to our t's & c's for more information.
I haven't heard from Elula since I placed my order?
You should have received a confirmation email from us immediately after placing your order. This means we have received your order and our busy bees are working to get your items made. If you haven't please send us an email.
How do I know when my order has been dispatched?
We will notify you once your order has been dispatched with its tracking information.
When will my order arrive?
Give us a call if you would like to find out how far your order is.
How do I track my order?
You will either receive an email with a tracking link, for our larger items you may receive an email on who to contact to track your order.
Can I change my delivery address before my order is dispatched?
Give us a call and depending where your order is in our production line we may be able to assist.
Can I send my own fabric?
Sure! Contact us to confirm the meterage required for your order.
Can you customise a product especially for me?
Since each item is made to order, we are able to customise products. Just send us an email with all the information and we will do our level best to give you an amazing product!
What if I have a comment, question or concern?
Send us an email, and we'll get back to you as soon as we can
Does Elula offer a turnkey service to deal with projects?
Of course! We furnish homes, offices, restaurants and smaller projects. We also have a qualified  in-house Interior Designer who will be more than happy to assist just send us an email.
Do you ever have sales?

Do you have a catalogue?
We don't have a set catalogue, please refer to our product sections on our website.
Do you offer trade discounts?
